Diagnostic Techniques

We don't Guess. We Test.

Symptoms are the first signs to reduce in treatment. The true “fix” of the root cause is only validated with testing. We use sensitivity testing, biomarkers and timely evaluations to assure we are moving in the right direction with your care.

DynaRom

DynaROM, or Dynamic Range of Motion, is the latest in FDA cleared, Class II Diagnostic Equipment. It effectively and objectively measures the impact of soft tissue injury by documenting pain in motion.
This powerful tool simultaneously measures range of motion and muscle guarding – a critical measure of a patient’s level of pain. Using attached electrodes, the patient moves through various motions. These motions are graphed over a short period of time. By moving the patient, you effectively elicit measurable pain responses and guarding when soft tissue injury is present. It’s the only functional test of its kind

Motion X- Rays

A “motion X-ray,” also called a “digital motion X-ray” (DMX), is a type of imaging technique that captures video footage of a patient’s bones while they are moving, allowing doctors to assess joint function and identify injuries that might not be visible in a standard static X-ray, particularly those related to ligaments and soft tissues involved in movement; essentially, it shows how a joint moves in real-time rather than just a snapshot of it at res

J-TECH Muscle Strength

A JTech muscle Strength testing system, , uses a handheld dynamometer to objectively measure muscle strength by applying resistance to a patient’s muscle contraction, wirelessly transmitting the force data to a console which records, stores, and analyzes the results, providing a more accurate and quantifiable way to assess muscle weakness compared to traditional manual muscle testing methods; essentially allowing healthcare professionals to track progress and identify specific muscle imbalances with detailed data

Why we obsess on evidence

  • At IVVY Accident Injury Chiropractic Clinic our duty is to uncover the root cause of your pain and validate it through proper medical documentation. Without the documentation to provide evidence and ratings of your injury there is no way to quantify or monetize any injury award. The attorneys depend on medical documentation, in fact, 95% of your medical side of an injury award is reliant on the doctors ability to provide evidence of your injury. Many doctors are untrained in spinal soft tissue injury documentation or care protocols  put patients on a gird of identical treatments and same diagnosis without diving into the sensitivity testing that is required.

Using diagnostic technology to provide precise and reliable assessments. Here’s what makes us different:

  • State-of-the-Art Imaging: We utilize MRI, CT scans, digital motion X-ray (DMX), and ultrasound to detect injuries that traditional methods might miss.
  • Expert Analysis: Our specialists interpret results with cutting-edge AI-driven tools, ensuring no detail goes unnoticed.
Personalized Reports: We provide detailed, easy-to-understand reports that help guide your treatment plan.

Don’t let hidden injuries slow you down.

FAQ

Frequently Ask Questions.

Understanding Chiropractic Injury Care  for a healthier you

A: Our focus. Acute Injury care requires a more advanced protocols and sensitivity testing to quantify the injury. We use laser, light, decompression, Cryo and Chiropractic with Physical Therapy in combination. Our patients respond well and we included home care so you can accelerate your recovery.

A: Chiropractic care is particularly effective for tension headaches, migraines, and cervicogenic headaches. While cluster headaches may require additional medical interventions, chiropractic care can still provide complementary support.

A: That depends. Every person is unique and brings variants to the injury. We treat each person as they require. How long it takes it how long it takes. We focus on following the Science of the 3 phases of healing, Guidelines of the AMA and protocols that use biomarkers to assess your recovery speed. We don't guess, we test.

A: The body goes through the Science of the 3 phases of healing no matter what level your injury. Dependent on your level of injury, type of providers we need to work with and your own ability to participate with your treatment will determine your speed of recovery. Symptoms are often (luckily) the first things to change but we don't use symptoms as a guide to your recovery plan, they are a nice to have but the real healing takes time..

A: Auto accidents, sports, slip and falls can create some of the most significant G-Forces of energy into the body. The neck and head are very vulnerable. Neck trauma and head trauma can create a wide range of neurological symptoms that depending upon severity each are takes time to heal. Some heal faster, some systems take longer. The best thing to do is to be patient with your healing and tell us what your feeling. We can help and often counselors are added to manage PTSD
